A Bird Ballet
Murmuration – A starling flock like this is called a murmuration, a word that perfectly describes the rustle of thousands of pairs of wings.
There’s no denying that the murmuration of starlings is almost too surreal to watch. Seeing the motion that the birds create brings you to a dream-like and magical experience. Similar to witnessing a horse giving birth or a colony of ants marching towards their home, it makes you realize how intricate nature really is. That there is science in nature. That everything is connected and every little thing has its purpose.
It makes you wonder what yours is and if you are playing this part as flawlessly as how the starlings fly.
You wonder that if we could only be more like the starlings and play our own parts, then maybe, the world will be a better place.

Jodilly of Team Philippines is back! Biases aside, for us, this is the best photo last week.
This photo looks like a proper sports/action shot. Her facial expression and body gesture show determination, focus, and precision — qualities of an athlete. I love how the pose showed off the gorgeous dress with that beautiful stitching detail at the back of the shirt and skirt. Not to mention the shot was perfectly timed that the ball does indeed look added in digitally, as also noted by the judges. The teamwork between model and photographer made this an excellent photo.
Jodilly has been near the bottom these past two shoots, but she’s now back on top. Here’s hoping she stays on top (and even gets a first callout soon!)

Can You Be Happy for 100 Days in a Row?
This site challenges you to be happy for 100 days in a row. To prove it, you’ll need to submit/post pictures of what have made you happy in Instagram, Tumblr or whatever means you want.
At the end of the 100 days, you can receive a little 100 page book with your 100 happy days. Of course, it is not about that or impressing other people. That will be just defeating the purpose of the challenge.
The important thing is that you subconsciously instill in yourself to notice the things, the little things, that actually matter to you.

Nicole exuded strength and power, which were very important for this shoot. Just look at her hands, even her fingertips showed no ounce of backing down. She sold the clothing, the golf club and even the visor. Although her face tended to look very hard, it still worked with her pose.
Nicole has been consistently good since her breakdown and the competition has still a long way to go. We can expect this girl to continue to deliver good photos and hopefully see her on the top.
